Paris Bar Pro Bono for Professional Athletes
(Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games)
Habbine Estelle KIM has been officially selected by the Paris Bar as one of fifteen lawyers to serve as a pro bono sports law attorney for the benefit of professional athletes in the context of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
She provided legal advice on diverse sports law matters, namely on issues relating to :
- Exclusion;
- Disqualification;
- Doping;
- Differences in sexual development (DSD);
- Suspension;
- Violation of fundamental rights.
and represented professional athletes before the CAS Ad Hoc, Appeal and/or Anti-Doping Divisions.
NB : The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) opened two temporary offices within the Paris Court of Justice on the occasion of the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.
